This could be for various reasons:
- Your card number was not entered correctly
- The name was entered incorrectly
- Your card has expired
- The global ISIC Office has not yet received your complete data and therefore your card has not yet been activated
What you can do:
- Check you are entering the exact current card details; serial number and name on your application
