How do I activate my account/digital card?

You will need your ISIC serial number to activate your digital card. This will be sent to your registered email address within 2 working days of your order being approved. It's possible the email could be directed to a spam folder so please check there also. If you're having trouble finding this email, and more than 2 days have passed since approval, please submit a support ticket above to let us know.

Once you have your card number simply download the ISIC app and choose the option to “Create Account” You will then need to enter your serial number and the name entered on your application. Your account is now active and you can set a password to log back in with going forward.
