This could be for a number of reasons;
- You're yet to activate your account in the ISIC app
- You've entered your information incorrectly
- You have an old card linked to your account that needs updating
What you can do:
- Make sure you have a profile to use the ISIC app created. You can find the instructions for creating the profile directly in the app or here
- If you're activating your app for the first time please ensure you are entering the name exactly as submitted on your application, in addition to your ISIC card number
- If you've already activated your account try resetting your password and then logging in again
- If you still have problems, please send an email to help@isic.totum.com
