ISIC App: Why am I not receiving an activation email?

This can be due to the following reasons;

- The e-mail address was not entered correctly when registering in the app

- The activation e-mail has ended up in your spam folder


What you can do;

- Check your spam folder

- Add the email address help@isic.totum.com to your contacts or approved senders list

- If you have further problems, please contact us at help@isic.totum.com
